CO – COATING FOR GRAVITY DIE CASTING AND LOW PRESSURE GRAVITY DIE CASTING.

Good quality casts, in either shell casting or low gravity, need mould protection with proper paints. Purpose is to perfectly separate cast from mould, but also to:

  • PROTECT MOULDS
  • PROPER FEEDING
  • THERMAL FLOW CONTROL BETWEEN MOULD AND MOLTEN METAL, TO IMPROVE SOLIDIFICATION
  • REDUCE SHRINKING
  • EASY CAST EXTRACTION
